We work in BUSINESS days. The turn around time is 5-18 BUSINESS DAYS! Business hours are 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday. This does not include holidays, weekends, or shipping time. If you place an order after 5PM it is considered the next business day’s orders. Thank you so much!
